Open the app and tap the scan button on the home screen. Point your camera at any product barcode. The app will automatically recognise it and show you price comparisons from nearby stores.

How do I set a price alert?

After scanning a product or viewing its details, tap "Set Alert" and choose your target price. You'll receive a notification when the price drops to or below your target.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". This will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Are the prices always accurate?

Prices are sourced from publicly available data and community contributions. While we strive for accuracy, prices may change at any time. Always verify the price at the store before purchasing.

How do I cancel my subscription?

iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → PriCeo → Cancel
Android: Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → PriCeo → Cancel

How do I report an inappropriate deal or user?

On any community deal, tap the three-dot menu (⋯) and select "Report" or "Block User". Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

Does PriCeo work offline?

Your shopping lists and scan history are available offline. Price comparisons and community deals require an internet connection.
